Her rigging consists of her funnel and foremast carried as a form of backpack, while carrying two 61 cm triple torpedo tubes on thigh straps and a 12.7 twin gun mount Type A as a handgun.
In-game, Fubuki has an earnest and diligent personality, but lacks any notable quirks or notable personality traits, and is often considered very plain. Because of this, in spite of being one of the five Starter Ships, and originally the "Main Character" of the series, she had few fans or fanworks. However her popularity has risen considerably since her second remodel and starring role in the anime adaption.
Despite her unpopularity as a "main character", she is still the viewpoint character of the official 4koma Fubuki-chan Gambarimasu!, (although initially Hyuuga gets more lines, and a more important role,) as well as the leading role in the anime adaptation.
