A girl that is extraordinarily small in size compared to her surroundings. Her small stature could be established against a humongous environment, or with normal sized characters.
Please note that a character that is visibly a doll is not to be tagged with this as they are naturally supposed to be smaller than the average human character. Girls that are small but not extraordinarily or unnaturally so are petite instead.
