The 3rd Shiratsuyu-class destroyer as personified in Kantai Collection.Character design by Kujou Ichiso, voiced by Tanibe Yumi.
She has long light brown hair in twintails tied with black ribbons and brown eyes. She and some of the rest of the Shiratsuyu-class wear a black serafuku with a pleated black skirt. Unlike the rest of her class however, she wields a melee weapon, that being a chained anchor that she utilizes as a flail.
Upon obtaining Kai-2, her hair switches to gradient hair worn in a two side up style, and one of her eyes becomes red, her outfit becomes asymmetrical and she wears white gloves.
Has a very girly personality while being the most physically matured person among her sister ships. Has a habit of beginning her sentences with "hai hai" (はいはーい).
