Tone Rion is a Japanese VOCALOID developed and distributed by the YAMAHA Corporation in collaboration with Dear Stage (Moe Japan, Co. Ltd.), and was released for the VOCALOID3 engine. The software was updated for VOCALOID4 in 2017, and was subsequently released alongside Yumemi Nemu.
Said to be designed to sell to "moe" and otaku based culture, she is meant to sound cute. She was illustrated by Watanabe Akio. She has purple hair (in twintails) and purple eyes. Her features show her with a single fang tooth and blush stickers. She wears a pink maid-like outfit, necktie with jeweled choker, fingerless gloves, bracelets, and thigh boots. She also wears a hat, headset, and a large buttbow.
Her V4 redesign was done by Horiguchi Yukiko. This version of her has long pink hair in twintails and blue eyes. She wears a cropped pink jacket over a pink shirt and puffy shorts. Her hat is gone, but she still retains her headset. She wears white thigh boots over grey pantyhose.
Her motif animal is the rabbit.
Her voice is provided by Yumemi Nemu, a model, actress, DJ, and singer from Dempagumi.inc.
