Kantai Collection's personification of the Japanese destroyer Take. Character design by Watanabe Akio, voiced by Taketatsu Ayana.
She is portrayed with short green hair cut into an inverted bob with streaks of purple, antenna hair, and orange eyes. Her default outfit consists of a khaki sailor shirt with a gray sailor collar, unbuttoned black corset, very short gray cutoffs held by a wide black belt, black pantyhose, black gloves, a single knee pad over her left knee, and a red turtleneck undershirt.
Her rigging consists of a handheld 12.7 cm single gun mount, quad 61 cm torpedo tubes on her right thigh strap, and the usual funnel-mast backpack setup.
The real-life Take had a mostly unremarkable career composed of convoy escort duties. Her only remarkable battle was during the Battle of Ormoc Bay on December 3, 1944 while escorting convoy TA-7; that battle saw sister ship Kuwa as well as USS Cooper being sunk and the historical Take being driven off. The historical Take was used as a repatriation ship after World War II. She was turned over to British forces in 1947 and was then scrapped.
