Use this tag only for things that appear in Platinum but don't appear in Diamond and Pearl. This includes some Platinum-exclusive characters and designs.

This tag is similar to Pokémon Emerald.

A note about the anime

Dawn wears winter clothes in the Diamond & Pearl anime series too.

In these cases, use pokemon dppt (anime) and winter clothes (don't use any game tags like pokemon platinum or pokemon dppt).

Characters introduced in Platinum

These characters were introduced in Platinum and may be tagged pokemon platinum as well as pokemon dppt.

They may appear in manga and anime, however. For posts exclusively referencing some manga or the anime, do not use any game tags like pokemon platinum or pokemon dppt.
