Denotes chibi characters added for (often) comical purposes, usually in the background, to otherwise non-chibi pictures. They should not interact with the foreground characters directly. If they do, use chibi instead (post #7755206). This can also be used when a chibi character is overlaid on a speech bubble to show who's speaking, or when a speech bubble depicts a picture of a chibi instead of text.
Do not use this tag for official art insets; the chibi must be drawn by the artist.
