Seifer Almasy is the primary rival to Squall Leonhart in FINAL FANTASY VIII. He wears a white-gray longcoat, wields a gunblade much like Squall does, and even bears a similar scar on his face, the result of a gunblade duel between the two which also resulted in Squall's scar.
