Kantai Collection's personification of the battleship USS Nevada (BB-36). Her name is officially rendered as Nevada (ネヴァダ), although this has been historically interchanged with the spelling Nebada (ネバダ), especially in the case of the historical battleship and her namesake state.
Nevada has three forms. Her base level mimicks her status when she was first built, her Kai level shows Nevada how she was during the Attack on Pearl Harbor, and her Kai Mod. 2 level shows Nevada's post-attack wartime refit. Nevada's clothing, hairstyle, and even eye color all change depending on her remodel level, but all three show Nevada with long red hair and wearing a sleeveless, white collared shirt, a greyish-brown dress, white gloves, black belt, and boots.
At Kai, Nevada now has a red-lined blue jacket with a black collar, red thighhighs, and the bottom of her dress now has fringe trim while her collar does not anymore. Her rigging is now colored greyish-blue, her mast forms a tripod shape behind her head, and Nevada has a catapult "gun" carried in her right hand.
At Kai Mod. 2, Nevada's eyes change to red and blue multicolored eyes, her hair comes out of its braid but gains a metal hairband, and her outfit loses any fringe trim. She now wears blue boots with a grey top, her jacket drops the red trim but gains a grey back, and she trades the red neckerchief for a red necktie. Her rigging includes extra anti-aircraft guns attached to her hip via a sling, a large radar added to her tripod mast, and changes color again to be red/blue/grey in layers. Her damaged art also reveals that Nevada has also changed to black panties.
Like Fletcher, Nevada's three levels of upgrades result in all her seasonal outfits coming in three variants, depending on which remodel stage Nevada is at.
