This incarnation of Godzilla was born as a result of radiation from a classified nuclear waste dump site off the coast of Japan. As a result, the monster suffered from continuous and spontanous mutations akin to that of cancer cells, resulted in a constant pain. The monster mutatedthreetimes before ending up in this form.
