星街すいせい(正月衣装)
The second costume of hololive's Hoshimachi Suisei and her official New Year's outfit.
It consists of a dark navy blue/black beret with a small bow and a flower, a blue floral print kimono with a yellow bowtie with tassels, a purple obi, black fishnet gloves, a dark blue hakama skirt, a purple pantyhose and black lace-up boots. She also wears large star earrings.
Her official hairstyle with this outfit is low twin braids decorated with a striped hair bow.
