Shogunate Fleet off the coast of Shinagawa
From the left are the Kanrin Maru, Kaiyo Maru, and Kaiten Maru. Even after Edo Castle was surrendered in 1868, the Shogunate Navy was preparing to fight back, and the Kaiyo Maru and Kaiten Maru were glaring at it. The Kanrin Maru's engines have been removed and it is now a transport ship.
On a personal note, I am currently taking a watercolor class to study art. In order to practice watercolors, I have less time to paint acrylics, which means there will be more time between posts. I would like to show you my watercolors once I get good at them.
