Looking at the original work, I should say that Mokou has a wide variety of facial expressions, and it feels like she smiles a lot. But I don't get the impression that that'd continue where Kaguya could see, so I'd like to try out a story where Kaguya tries all sorts of ploys to get her to smile... I was thinking something like that.
