Belive me, Noire´s dress.. as beautiful as it looks it was quite a lot of work with all the details and what have you.But it turned out fine, even though I still can do better...
Btw:what happened here? Did Noire lost a bet? Well, at least Nep Nep is happy about this situation.As for Noire: it´s not like she´s enjoying it or something...And hey, Nepgear likes it, too.
