Lapis Lazuli used Destiny Bond!
Destiny Bond (Japanese: みちづれ Fellow Travelers) is a non-damaging Ghost-type move introduced in Generation II.
When Destiny Bond is used, if the user faints as the direct result of an attack, the Pokémon that landed the knockout hit also faints.
