As every year I participate in the Dragon Calendar project. I really like how each year is thematically original with lots of wonderful illustrations from different cz/sk artists. :heart:
This time the theme was ,,Dragons in Natural landscapes,,. We had a choice of different earth biomes - I chose for my illustration a temperate, rainy, drizzly climate.

,,I really wanted to paint a picture where, thanks to the rain, everything is suddenly so rich green, mushroom-scented and fresh.,,
,,Actually, I was trying to capture the feeling when you go into the forest after a long heavy rain :D For me personally, this moment is resetting, the stress subsides and everything seems better.,,
