I saw this pose with a sword and thought to myself: this suits Tomoe very well. I feel that the aura of solemnity is somewhat lost in the anime, but it is better reflected in the novel. I tried not to make it too extravagant, yet not too simple either. I took the time to paint it calmly and now I will have it as my wallpaper for a good while. I also wanted to draw Mio, but I will leave her pending for a while unless she is commissioned.
