I'm not sure what チグハグ is supposed to mean here. Also, I think 落ちてる is supposed to mean dropped/fallen -> lying around... All in all, not very confident in this oneDon't you think it feels out of place?
I'm not sure what exactly she's referring to, the objects themselves or the fact that they are just lying around, but I don't think it is very relevant
