However, I have to make an opinion about the rest day after the race

I understand that you made this schedule with my health in mind,

But having a full day of rest is quite inefficient

Besides, this schedule is not hard on the body at all

For example, there's race spectating, previous race analysis, and so on,

There must be more efficient ways to spend the day...
