I occasionally heard something like Reimu being a puppet in Yukari's hands, so I drew it to look like an outsider's perspective of their relationship. I always try to explain their relationship from many different perspectives, maybe love, maybe not, maybe partners, friends, enemies, mentor-mentee,... anything you can think of.

Anyway in my mind, cuz Yukari's unusual bond with the shrine maiden Hakurei, it's a relationship hidden in the dark, and perhaps lacking in purity. So from different people's perspectives, it becomes different relationships, it's also an interesting thing about ykrm, I think so.
