こくご Kokogu and どうとく Doutoku, "Language" and "Morality" respectively, are courses taken by Japanese primary students - "Etiquette classes" would be the closest equivalent in English for the latter.
Don't try to compare the health problems of others with your own trivial concerns, and don't make pointless statements.
