Go! Go! Around

Until this book, I've usually let the ideas from a new official work stew in my head for around one year, but I started to feel like it was a waste letting those first impressions fade. So I tried making a fast book before things solidified too much. I think this was a big reason I was later able to put out the three Unconnected Marketeers books (BEFORE THE RAINBOW, Tricolore Marché, Rainbow Devil Mansion) within a year of that game's release. Who knows what'll happen when the next official work comes out, though! (I wish it were here already!)

I feel that the first story here (Clean, Unclean) kind of ties into my later book Return of Suwako. The combination of Suwako and Keiki gives me a lot of ideas, though, so I'd like to draw them more when I get the chance. At the time, I was a bit regretful that the yakuzas only appeared in the Extra, but given how Toutetsu's appearance was yet to come, it might've been for the better that I saved up my material. Although, that being said, I still haven't put out a proper book about them!! I wanna draw that sometime!! On the next page, I've included the same notes for each short story that I had in the original book.

A book spun out of ideas I had while first playing WBaWC. It started out as a collection of fully separate short stories, but I tried adding a running narrative to tie them together somehow. Personally, I'm kind of proud of how they all come together around the revisited title at the end.
