This is for ~JustPlainEvil. He wanted Ryougi Shiki of Kara no Kyoukai, only in the style of Neco-Arc from Melty Blood. This was a blast to work on, with the extreme stylization, bright colors, and super-saturated shadows. I especially enjoyed making the "Mystic Eyes of Death Perception" into cat-eyes. (Death Perception! My pun meter is off the charts!) OMG, and stop the presses, I did the background MYSELF, with no stock images! Hope you like it, Adam!
