Zounose here. This is my 47th book.
As you can see in the afterword, this was the first book I made within a week after the distribution of "Unconnected Marketeers".
There is no direct connection with my previous work, "Before the Rainbow", but since that is a prequel to "Unconnected Marketeers" and this is a prequel to "Unconnected Marketeers", I thought it would be interesting to see how the two works are somehow connected.

These illustrations were the hardest yet.
There were lots of characters, many crowds, and many dense backgrounds.
I tried to portray every new character in Unconnected Marketeers.
Although I tried to show off every new character, I couldn't detail each of them fully. Especially Misumaru, there were too many important mysteries for me to accurately depict her.
Please send me more information!!!
Afterword
Chimata, on the rebound from last time when she was so dismal, is acting the part of the god much better this time. It could be said that she is in a good mood. As a result, she's in the role of something of a 'deus ex machina', but...
...well, she's a god, so what the heck!
This time, I drew the beast spirits of Animal Hell as they are in the item icon, since they appear for a gag.
Even though I drew them as in the game, in my mind, they are actually animals (or their anthropomorphic forms). I wonder what they actually are?
More official information to come here too !!!!
In the comic, bartering is made to sound like a primitive form of exchange. Some people believe that barter markets didn't exist prior to the monetary system. It's hard to say. It's very difficult.
Also, I drew money in the comic. I wonder what the currency is like in Gensokyo?
I have often wondered about this in my previous comics.
I've applied for my next comic to be published at the winter doujin convention.
If I'm accepted and the event is held successfully, I'd love to publish my work there. I haven't done an ink-based story in a long time, so I'd like to draw something... but it was really hard this time, so I haven't been able to think about my next plan at all.
Though it's such a small work, thank you very much for reading.
