Animator Yamanaka Misaki: I wanted the audience to enjoy the character’s expressions, so I was careful of the timing in changing the facial gadgets. In the scene where a cabbage hits Darkness, I made effort in shooting the moment and body angle when it hit her.

Director Shinohara Kenta: This shoot actually took 35 hours. We shot about 202 frames. It takes an enormous amount of time to shoot one stop motion film. To make a new stop motion film every week, we must standardize the making process. We must bring to life any kind of character in size, and shape. All our Animist staff are in training every day.
