The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Planets #3 - Thanatos
▲Because their huge skeleton appearance made a deep impression on Clark and Bruce, they named this planet "Thanatos" after the god of death in ancient Greek mythology, which is actually a bit misleading, as the giant skeletons are a group of gentle and simple-minded creatures. After Clarke and Bruce first met the giant skeleton Angela, the skeletons began inviting them to settle on their planet, hoping that if they lived in a clean and healthy environment, they would one day be able to shed their protective suits called "flesh and blood" from their bodies.
▲The lifespan of the giant skeletons is extremely long, and their reproduction method is mysterious and unspeakable. According to Angela's description, a giant skeleton breaks off one of its ribs (the specific one is not clearly required, but there are rumors that choosing your favorite rib will increase the success rate) and places it in where life thrives. The rib will have a chance to gradually grow a spine and then become a complete giant skeleton. Only one rib has such a chance, so the population in Thanatos is very small.

▲The following is the original dialogue with the giant skeleton "Angela" recorded in the archives:
Angela: The design of your protective suits is really interesting. Durable layer and constant temperature protection protects your body from harm.
Superman: Angela, it's not a hazmat suit... We call it blood and flesh, it's part of who we are.
Angela: Oh, so you guys actually live in the suits? The living conditions in your place must be very difficult.
Superman: …No, Angela, we were born this way, in blood and flesh.
Angela: Oh -- I'm sorry to remind you of this, you must be having a hard time.
Superman: ...
Angela: I welcome you to settle here if you want.
