I expected this show was about the love story between him and the female co-protagonist, but I was wrong. It's an anime about teenage problems and emotional instability, and liked it much more for that (even because I didn't like much the couple of Sakuta and Mai).And one of the reason why I liked the series is him, Sakuta. At the beginning he seemed a bit a stereotyped character, but every episode I fallen in love more and more with him.
