2. Put the sumomo and rock candy in a storage jar and pour in the sake. (Be sure to disinfect the jar beforehand.)
1. Wash the fruit with water. Dry well. If any stems are still attached, remove them with a bamboo skewer.
3. Until the rock candy has dissolved, stir the jar every now and then by shaking it. (It will be ready to drink after about 3 months! ♪)
