Wanted to draw Keqing again because I wasnt too happy with the first one, plus I love her new dress
This one gave me quite a lot of work due to how detailed the dress is and making everything work with my style (I did make a few changes to the outfit but very minor, like making the heels open toe)
I think the colors are definitely the highlight with this one, a lot more vibrant than what I usually do and as always, purple and blue are very easy colors to work with
