Flandre ScarletComposition consists of two symmetrical tarot cards (also representing mirrors), between which stands Flandre and a torn plush.
The card on the right is the Sun, with sunflowers representing laughter. The inverted card on the left is the Moon, a queen of the night blooming at midnight representing crying. The shadows cast on the cards are both Flandre representing her emotional instability.
Behind her is a vine-laden cuckoo clock, as even if the bird comes out to 'fly' it will be pulled back in quickly, and will never really escape.
The Flandre of the clock, the two tarot cards, and the ordinary Flandre add up to four Flandres (Taboo "Four of a Kind").
