Umm, anyhow... I just really want to pamper Moko-tan.
I'd be happy to hear your thoughts and all.
But now, that's enough for today! I hope we can meet again somewhere!
Next time... Next time I'll draw a real comedy manga...
What even is this...?
Some sorta monk!?
Right, the end. Thank you very much for reading this far!
THANK YOU!!!! VERY MUCH!!!!!!!!!
Sorry if I spread my nonsense wings a bit too wide.
"Tsuki-no-Iwakasa" sure is a tough one, though, huh!
But with Moko-tan's spells, I feel like it's relatively easy to tell what is safe, and what is or isn't hard to dodge. I appreciate that consistency. Some reflection: Since I started working on this book, I kept drawing Iwakasa in the manner you see here. When I was already just about done with the storyboard, I went to reread Cage in Lunatic Runagate, convinced that there was this kind of picture of him, but then it turned out there was nothing at all! (Let's do our research before drawing next time.)
Maybe the "kasa" in "Iwakasa" just made me picture him with a straw kasa hat...? I redrew him with the more appropriate eboshi hat you see in the finished version... but the staff he carries is also a vestige of this original design.
I also thought that the way Mokou attacked him was a lot more ambiguous... but it actually says she kicked him down the mountain...! (Let's check next time!!!)
Aaaaa I'm so sorry
