Kisame from NARUTO

I mean Kisame... he looks like that, AND he talks in polite form.
That's like an anime recipe for 'he is stronger than you, and he will kill you.'

To explain that form on the left since it isn't really canon.. 
his shark form was too many big forms & hunched over to fit in the space I had nicely,
and I never figured out if his puffer fish look with Samehada was supposed to be a joke or not XD

so this is sort of a fusion of both, and I imagine it's the stage right before his hair morphs into the massive fin.
