Hello. This is the one known as Hirasaka Makoto.
And so, this was a story about little girls yearning after makeup. The Three Fairies have always shown interest in human affairs, so I bet they'd be curious about this sort of thing as well.
By the way, in reality, balsam nail polish takes roughly an hour to dry, but I took the liberty to abbreviate things for the story's sake.
Also, seeing as Luna picked up a women's magazine, I also decided to try and style this book's cover after one. (lol)
Because of this unprecedented disaster happening lately, it's been a while since I attended an actual event, but I'm glad if this book brought you even just a little joy.
