Hello. This is the one known as Hirasaka Makoto.
This was something of a behind-the-scenes story about "Grimoire of Usami".
More or less just Hecatia watching Clownpiece eat various treats at the Danmaku Firework Festival. (haha)
If I had to say, the skewer roulette and candy-cutting would be my personal favorite stalls. Apparently the miso skewers are also known as anbayashi in some regions, though.

The roulettes are just packed with that handmade feeling, which of course means that they range from the splendid to the outright shoddy. (haha)
To me, candy-cutting is the most staple of staples, but more importantly, I recall a lot of the cracked candies being left uneaten on the table.
I never had that much pocket money, and I rather liked the powdery texture, so I would just eat the cracked ones off the table while I was there... (haha)
Even if I cut it pretty neatly, they would nitpick the smallest details and refuse to give me the prize (money), but I feel like that's probably the same everywhere.
On that note, you could use saliva or such to moisten the candy and make it crack less easily or stick back together, but if they found out, you would get yelled at. (haha)
Also, regarding the Three Fairies series: the next chapter will be the final one! The plot gets uncharacteristically dramatic for the Three Fairies, and a lot of other fairies also make their appearance! So, please do check it out.
But now, I hope we'll meet again over my next book.
