This design incorporates most of the Gundam Raphael, along with the rear skirt thrusters and main weapon of the AGE-3 Normal, the hands from the Gundam Legilis, the shoulders from the Gundam Destiny Sky, and the side skirt GN Cannons from the Seraphim Gundam GNHW/B.

Overall, its capabilities are based on the various component parts from their source units:
    ·       Twin Drive system from the Gundam 00 (utilizing two True GN Drives) gives it a higher overall power and particle output, which it channels to its three main weapons
    ·       The two GN Cannons match the firepower of the not included Seravee II unit, meaning it can easily match and outperform the original Raphael
    ·       The GN Sigmaxxis Launcher is a multi-mode weapon, capable of firing weaker rifle-strength shots all the way up to the power of the Gadessa's GN Mega Launcher
    ·       Added thrusters give the Raphael Fortressa the same speed and mobility as the Garazzo, allowing it to fight just as well at close range as at a distance
    ·       Its Trans-Am system allows it to fire a combined beam from its three main weapons together that is roughly equivalent to the Gundam 00 Raiser's Raiser Sword ability
