I didn't know they could even grow this big...Must be the power of summer. Things grow like in the blink of an eye. I guess tonight we'll be having Mabou Eggplant.
Like Mabou Tofu. A fairly well-known Chinese dish from the Sichuan region, if I'm not mistaken.I don't like Chinese! Make it in Japanese style! Miso would be good!My my, what a self-centred eggplant.
