I feel that I've finally settled on a characterization for Koakuma after being unclear a while ago.
While I was drawing, she turned into this positive, cheerful, mischievous character. She feels easy to write, so I like it.I've been drawing comics with Marisa and Alice or Patchouli and Koakuma, but I figured that I hadn't done much with all three witches together, so I tried doing that this time. These three characters' lines come to my mind very quickly and naturally, but I dare say they're rather Touhou-like. It's not like they actually hate each other, though.Their work and interests are pretty closely aligned, but when they get together to talk about it, their methods are surprisingly different in many ways. But that's exactly why it's good to be able to have a certain kind of respect for each other.
I think Marisa, Patchouli and Alice's relationship works best like that, alongside the mutual verbal abuse. And oh, it might be a bit late to mention this, but I was allowed to draw an anthology story for the latest Strange Creators of Outer World.
If you get the chance, I'd be happy if you read it!
