Contrary to what others may say, Zero Gravity is not a particularly difficult Individuality to contain. The specimen "Uraraka Ochako" manipulates gravity through small pads on her fingertips. While amputation is indeed a possible solution, Togami Byakuya had resorted instead to ensuring that her fingertips would not press onto anything.

Finger mittens ensured that the junior hero Uravity was prevented from using her power. She is now kept in containment after a failed attempt to interrogate her. Using some enhanced interrogation techniques, Uraraka Ochako is kept in confinement in hopes of slowly eroding her resistance...
