USS Lexington CV-2 (Lost at the Battle of Coral Sea) & USS Saratoga CV-3The cruiser USS Minneapolis (CA 36) took her under tow after a torpedo attack left her dead in the water.She was laid down as a Battle Cruiser (CC 3), but got converted into an Aircraft Carrier (CV 3) before being launched.
