Tea for the boss.
"... for the boss" is a common meme on Chinese internet, often used as a tongue in cheek compliment for a veteran of a certain (usually online culture related) field. Fill in the blank with anything you think that'll please "the boss" as a compliment of his achievement; usually the filler is related to the field of achievement.
e.g.
A: I just won a match of Player Unknown's Battle Ground with 17 kills!
B: Kar98k for the boss.
"The boss" (dalao) was a word from Cantonese. Originally, it was a rather casual pronoun for a man older than the speaker; later, under the influence of Hong Kong gang movies and gang related crimes, it became a pronoun for gang leaders. On today's internet society, it is a pronoun for a veteran of a certain field; this field is usually online culture related, but doesn't necessarily have to be. For instance, you can certainly give tea to Moonspeaker, a true dalao of Japanese translation on Danbooru.
