A phrase originating from Chinese music talent show The Voice of China. In the show, a participant must try to impress up to 4 mentors with his/her performance to become a student of a mentor of his/her choice. All mentors are singers or singing school professors and have industry connections, so this gives a huge boost to the participant's career.
After a participant introduces him/herself to the mentors and audience, the leading mentor (usually acting as a co-host) will say this phrase, marking the start of the performance.
