"Tearing ... apart with bare hand" is a popular meme referring to those poorly made, ridiculously baffling, and just down right ludicrous Sino-Japanese War dramas on Chinese television. In one of the most extreme examples, the protagonist went up against several armed Imperial Japanese soldiers barehanded, managed to dodge all their shooting, and literally tore them apart.
This meme is extremely widely spread and deeply rooted in Chinese net culture; you can even find examples of usage in products of non-memetic nature. The official Chinese version of Star Craft 2 is one of these products; you can hear this famous meme "witness me tearing my enemy apart with my bare hand" when playing as Alarak in co-op mode.
