During the division's existence, Notoro and the auxiliary seaplane tenders Kagu Maru and Kamikawa Maru were both incorporated and transferred out of the division.

November 15, 1940
Initially composed of carriers Houshou and Ryuujou, as well as DesDiv 34 (Hakaze, Akikaze, Yuukaze, Tachikaze).
During the division's existence, carrier Zuihou and destroyer Mikazuki were both incorporated and transferred out of the division.

Initially composed of carriers Chitose and Chiyoda.
The carriers Zuihou and Zuikaku from the 653rd Navy Air Corps were incorporated.
On October 25 1944, the four carriers were all sunk in battle.
