Black General Character Profile

The hooded, masked, ESP-wielding boss of an evil organization. ...and when you line up these factors, you straight-up get that super-famous leading-figure villain. Naturally, said person was used as his motif. I'd decided from the start that I didn't want to make him that scary of a character...but...I hadn't planned to make him this much of a nebbish.... When the heck did he get demoted? Even so, I wanted to portray him as a powerful person in the shadows who can do it when it counts, so I'm glad I drew that in Volume 1. Now that he's done that once, it's okay to draw him getting beat up all the time, so I'll continue to have him get blown away as an essential part of explosion punch lines for years to come.

When you've got the boss of an evil organization, then you have to have a blonde secretary at his side. It's the law, obviously. ...and it's in that mood that this character was made. Before I knew it, she'd gained enough popularity to threaten the lead character's position, becoming the character most bewildering to the author. How'd things get like this? I receive retorts saying that she's treated as a small-breasted character when she's built just fine, but the only one in the story who grumbles about that is Mr. X. It's just that the atmosphere's become like that because she's unwisely surrounded by bigger girls. Her breasts are normal—if anything, they're beautiful.
