There are two versions of this:
1. Not very popular back in the day, this meme was usually a response to pictures of beautiful girls, hinting that the girls have the potential (or at least the looks) to be idols.
2. However, in August 2016, this happened, and the meme quickly came back hot, but with alternate meanings.Manager:
