    Hang in There, Kogasa-san 1883

    Not that there's anything wrong with Mos. I just figured that as long as I'd made the trip I'd like to try something local. I was even thinking of visiting the sushi place I'd been to the day before, and this is what happened! I did a fair bit of wandering around Sado. ^^;

    There was one place open, but it was all super-fancy looking, so my heart refused to go in. (^^;) The Zantare-burger was delicious! Zantare derives from combining zangi (a Hokkaido term for chicken nuggets/kara'age, also applied to the sauce for them) and tare, a dipping sauce made from made from soy sauce, mirin, vinegar and dashi soup stock.
