Miss Midway, an Outstandingly Lost Child The idiom "a(n) <X>'s <X>" or "an <X> among <X>", in both English and Japanese, means "an especially significant/outstanding example of <X>". However, "a lost child's lost child" and "a lost child among lost children" both sound grammatically clunky.
