At January 25th 2014, the first volume of the special manga that Square Enix asked me to be in charge of, “One-eyed Boy ~ Occult Maiden Shadow Chapter”, will be on sale.
If you’re interested, then by all means, please look for it in the local bookstore and we also distributed it digitally.
AfterwordEven in Suzunaan there was a scene where they both watched Kokoro-chan. I wish there will be more scenes with these three even in future works.
At that time, it will be nice if I can come up with an idea and make a book of it.

Thank you for reading all the way through!
In the previous book, “Lured by a Stranger”, I couldn’t bring forth enough of HijiMiKokoro, so I drew this one with the determination to unleash it this time.
“Kokoro’s Observation Diary”, well, how was it?
At the beginning, the plan was that Miko and Hijiri are both more sneaky while looking after and helping with Kokoro-chan’s growth, but both of them don’t seem to be able to stand doing such things.
Now that I look back, Kokoro-chan left quite an impact for a new character. So cute.
Before Kokoro-chan came out, Miko was more of a charismatic dictator, and Hijiri was a witch who keeps a two-faced nature between humans and youkai, but now I can’t help but see the two of them as doting parents.
Initially, I already drew Hijiri as the mother figure within the Myouren Temple family, but Miko become a whole lot different from the one I did in the Great Outbreak series.
And that mantle, that I think she wore to match up with the mood in HM, are probably to make her look cool in front of Kokoro-chan.
I wonder what you call a parent who is Tsundere to her daughter. Overprotective-tsun?
