My painting for Otakon 2011's Art Show/Live Auction! I haven't painted anything since last October, so it was quite refreshing! It was acrylic on... 24x36" canvas?? Not sure on the dimensions haha. I had a rough sketch/idea in my sketchbook of the pose~ Though, some digital touch ups are made. The real version is less saturated.Unfortunately, this painting was in my possession for the grand total of... 6 hours hours haha. Started at 4:30 am... completed at 7:30am... dropped off 10:30am lolAfter the auction, the winning bidder picked it up and THE END. /SOBBBBOH MY HEART.But I guess the amount I got for it was worthwhile. MORE THAN ANY OTHER PAINTING I'VE EVER DONE at leastlol... because I've never been willing to sell them hahaHELP!
Due to the hectic schedule and creation of this painting, all I left was my name on the back of the painting-- no contact info or anything ORZ
I just hope this floats around the internet, and I'll eventually find the new owner of my painting! /SOBSFOREVER------
