Gyuッ.. # Pseudo-SFX. In this case I believe it marks breast pressing to the arm. Also could be SFX for just embracing or Ceccy imitating that SFX herself or anything else. Little "tsu" (ッ) doesn't bear any sound itself, but at the end it marks something like sound shortener - as opposite if it was "Gyuu~"
